He then entered the financial industry in 1994 with Northwestern Mutual, becoming a respected leader in financial planning. Jeff's extensive experience helps individuals, businesses, and organizations plan for their financial future, and he leads a team of experts to build customized financial blueprints for clients. After graduating college, Gavin began his career at Northwestern Mutual, and he's now in his 16th year with the firm. He's thrilled with how the company has grown and continues to be excited about the work he does. Gavin says that his most valuable asset is his family. He married his beautiful wife, Sommer, in 2011, and they have two girls- Ruby and Vidalia. He and Sommer enjoy serving at Healing Place Church. When he’s not with his family, Gavin has a good time playing golf and tennis.

Myles, originally from Shreveport, LA, found his way to Baton Rouge in 2008, drawn by the rhythm of the Golden Band from Tigerland's drumline. Since then, Baton Rouge has become home. He tied the knot with his lovely wife, Lexi, in March 2019, both being graduates of C. E. Byrd High School. Their roots draw them back "up north" to visit family and friends. Myles actively contributes to Healing Place Church, leading a Men’s Ministry group and occasionally showcasing his drumming skills for the Worship Team. A proud LSU fan, he cheers with a heartfelt "Geaux Tigers." As a husband to Lexi and a dad to Landry Jo & Louis, Myles finds joy in LSU Football, golf, fishing, sneakers, and community service through church and other organizations.

Patrick was born and raised in the Baton Rouge area. He married his beautiful wife, Jessica, in June of 2022 and is a proud stepdad to Nick and Josh! Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time as an active participant of the Baton Rouge Soccer Club and the Downtown Kiwanis Club of Baton Rouge.
Patrick is originally from Prairieville and now resides in Baton Rouge with his wife, Morgan, and two little ones, Amelia & Charles. Patrick, an LSU finance graduate, brings five years of expertise from Northwestern Mutual. His role is centered upon educating business owners and real estate investors to help uncover opportunities and assist in strategic planning. With Series 6, 63, and 7 licenses, he's now pursuing professional credentials!
Connor is a Lafayette native who now calls Baton Rouge home. He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in Finance, after attending St. Thomas More for high school. Before joining us, Connor spent 4 years in the insurance business and holds a life/health/long-term care license. When he's not supporting Highland Wealth advisors as a financial analyst, he enjoys spending time with his wife Camille, traveling, watching LSU play, and playing golf.

Valerie, a native of New Orleans, was raised in Mandeville and graduated from St. Scholastica Academy. In 2010, she earned her finance degree from Louisiana State University. Valerie now calls Paulina home with her husband Ryan and their three children—Colton, Cora, and Cooper. Beyond parenting duties, she and her husband share a passion for live concerts, indulge in baseball and football games, and cherish weekends spent at the ballpark with their kids.

Holly was raised in Prairieville where her and her husband, Shane, raise their four boys. When she is not working in the office you can usually find her on any sideline cheering her boys on! When it comes to sports they play them all. Holly is a photographer and has been since a kid. Currently, she is on the photography team for her church. She also loves baking and can make just about any cake you desire. When she is not at work or sports you will almost always find Holly at Fellowship Church in Prairieville, this is where she and her family love to worship and serve.

Madisonville, Louisiana native Grant Vicknair is a junior at LSU, majoring in Finance. Within Highland Wealth, Grant contributes to the operations department, assisting with the onboarding process and supporting advisors with various tasks. Introduced to Highland Wealth through a college organization, Grant finds fulfillment in being part of a team that believes in the impact of their work on the community they serve. In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Grant holds a Louisiana Life and Health Insurance License and is actively involved in the special needs community in the Madisonville/Mandeville area. Hailing from Baton Rouge, Carson Abney is a Business Analytics major at Louisiana State University (LSU), set to graduate in May 2024. Currently serving as an intern at Highland Wealth, Carson's responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, CRM management, assisting in client calls, and aiding in planning preparation.
